In this section we will try to answer any questions that you may have about the more hidden things about your system that make it work that you may be curious/concerned about.
"How does my phone line work with my security system?"
This seems to be a normal question amongst our clients. What happens is the system uses your current phone line to dial out and communicate with our receivers at the central monitoring station. This communication happens at times such as when you arm/disarm your system, when an alarm goes off, or, if you requested the service, it communicates an open or close signal when you arm or disarm your system.
